Our First Baby is FOUR

Our sweet boy turned four this past Sunday! First we celebrated on Saturday with a party at Catch Air (sorry for the small number of pictures, but I was coming down with the flu at the time and my brain was foggy so I kept forgetting to take them!)

So... Shepard got a little close to the candles as he blew them out. And by a little close I mean he singed his lip.


Right after it happened...


After making sure his face wasn't on fire we encouraged him to finish the job.


Then we get Shep's famous pout and my famous awkward face.


But all's well that ends in chocolate Ninja Turtle cake!





Later, we had a present explosion at home!


Then on Sunday we celebrated Shepard's actual birthday, which meant even more presents! Unfortunately by Sunday I was even sicker, so I completely forgot to take pictures of him opening everything. Instead, I had him re-enact the moments, which led to this priceless gem:
