Disney 2014

Leigh Leigh and Kiefer took Shepard (and us) to Disney World for an early fifth birthday present.  Clearly he enjoyed himself and can't wait to go back!

Second only to the water rides, Shepard loved collecting autographs from the celebrities!

Surprisingly, Chip and Dale were at the top of Shepard's list of autographs.  And thanks to the wonders of the internet, we found them in Frontierland!

Riley however, was not as much of a fan.

Sheppy's 5th Birthday Party

Shepard had his fifth birthday party last night!  The theme this year was sharks...

We did a low key party this year, so Meredith, Tyler, and James came over for pizza and a movie on the deck!  

The movie choice was Star Wars, of course.  Also a big hit with the dads.

Deck Karma Cleansing

Bad things went down on our deck Saturday night.  The smell of corn dogs was in the air, NSFW language was heard, and the ghost of Bad Bo came back with a vengeance.  Geaux to Hell, LSU.  You always seem to know how to spoil our party.

So on Sunday night, we decided to cleanse the bad karma from Saturday and make our deck a happy place again.  What better way to do that than some good old fashioned s'mores in the fire pit!

Now that the karma situation is under control, let's beat Auburn!  Come on, Ole Miss...  Even down a Nkemdiche or two you can do this!  You already beat Bama (below) so just finish off your neighboring state this weekend and we can go to the Egg Bowl in good shape!  Positive thoughts coming from the karmically cleaned deck in Kennesaw!

Halloween Sneak Peek

It was costume day at school last Friday.  All of the other boys were the usual superheroes, but our mini Tim Burton was the fade in fade out phantom.  Spooky, right?
