We went to Sacramento for our second Christmas!

We didn't have an extra seat on the flight to Phoenix, so Shepard had to stretch his legs on the floor. It was slightly cramped...



But a very nice lady on the flight to Oakland gave up her window seat so we'd have more room!

Birthday Road Trip!

Here are some pictures of our sweet boy on his birthday as we drove down to Daytona Beach with Gray and Shelby to celebrate all things Sheppy.

Shepard really enjoyed his second trip to the beach!

You can drive on the beaches in Daytona, so Shepard got to play in the "street" for the first time:




After playing in the street Daddy and I played with my sand pail...





Then I got some sun...



And when I got hungry I ate some sand!



But sand isn't very filling so I decided to eat a cookie instead.




I had a great time playing with my sippy cup while Mommy wasted time building a sand castle version of some ancient Roman ruins...



Boring!!!!



I still don't know why you would choose playing in the dirt over playing with a sippy!
